We operate a practice complaints procedure.  If a problem does arise please ask at reception for a leaflet explaining the procedure.

We review and monitor the services we provide to ensure our commitment to high quality patient care.  Your views are important to us, and any feedback both positive and negative will help us meet these standards.

We have a suggestion box located in the waiting area and we welcome your help as the user of these services.
